I'm looking forward to hosting this foundational course with you, too! I know in our teaching, when the students reach that moment where they feel and see what writing a good scene does, when they understand the power of point of view to deliver a deep emotional experience, we can see the lights go on in a new way in their mind. A transformation through craft that most people don't expect. Learning and practicing the basics gives us that!

Angela's ashes is can't miss. But then I'm Irish : ) One thing Brooke, isn't memoir treated by publishers like other nonfiction? In other words, the book is accepted, THEN written.
